Vinyasa Yoga and other Hatha Yoga disciplines have helped me appreciate the spontaneity of the unknown in class and into life. Like life, the process evolves and changes daily. I have found the teachings of yoga and a consistent practice essential to help me understand how to keep my everyday life in balance. Yoga has touched my life in the most amazing ways and I welcome you to come and explore what this practice means to you both on and off the mat. There have been many teachers and friends who have helped guide me along this path. I give my immense thanks and gratitude to each of you.
